世界銀行通過迦納漁業5,380萬美元借貸案西非區域性漁業計畫為推動迦納漁業發展，以國際發展協會(IDA)及全球環境基金(GEF)信託基金名義向世界銀行分別借貸5,030萬及350萬美元案，於2011年7月14日獲得華盛頓世界銀行董事會執行長支持通過。世界帛琉銀行表示，該計畫旨在以下列方式協助迦納水產養殖業朝永續管理邁進：(1)強化國家永續監管漁業能力；(2)減少非法作業; (3)以漁業資源增加產值及收益，並由國家依比例分配；(4)發展養殖業。迦納統計中心(GSS)官方數據顯示，漁業不僅較其他經濟長灘島部門發展緩慢，亦為農業領域成長最少的產業；2007年負成長7.2%，2008年隨即成長17.4%，2009年負成長5.7%，2010年成長1.5%；2011年第一季負成長2.8%。 （摘譯自INFOFISH Trade News, No. 14/2011，1 Aug. 2011） World Bank approves $ 土地買賣53.8m financial package for Ghana’s fishing industryhttp://www.spyghana.com/world-bank-approves-53 -8m -financial-package-for-ghana%e2%80%99s-fishing-industry/The Board of Executive Directors of the World Bank on July 14, 西服2011 in Washington approved a $53.8 million financial package to support the fisheries sector in Ghana.The package which is under the West Africa Regional Fisheries Programme, includes a $50.3 million International 結婚西裝Development Association (IDA) credit and a $3.5 million Global Environment Facility (GEF) Trust Fund grant.“The project objective is to support the sustainable management of Ghana’s fish and aquatic resources by: (i) 土地買賣strengthening the country’s capacity to sustainably govern and manage the fisheries; (ii) reducing illegal fishing; (iii) increasing the value and profitability generated by the fish resources and the proportion of that 售屋網value captured by the country; and (iv) developing aquaculture,” the World Bank says.Official data from the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) shows that the fishing sector is recording insignificant growth compared with the 關鍵字排名other sectors of the economy.In 2007, growth in the sector declined by 7.2% but in 2008, it grew by 17.4%.The sector declined in growth acceleration in 2009 recording a -5.7% whiles in 2010 it was up by 1.5%.For the 2011 襯衫year first quarter, the sector recorded a decline growth of 2.8%, the least among all the subsectors in the agricultural basket.
